The EHP Data Collaboration Lab (EHPDCL) provides a secure analytical environment for healthcare data research, with access restricted to authorized researchers during designated period.

Monday to Friday
09:00-18:00
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Arrangement under inclement weather conditions

In the event of the issuing or cancellation of Black Rainstorm Signal, Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above and “Extreme Condition” by the Hong Kong Observatory, the EPHDCL will have the following arrangement:

remain closed

Issued during operating hours / during session
  • (for Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Extreme Condition) close immediately
  • (for Black Rainstorm) remain open if situation allows

Lowered / Cancelled
  • Remain closed if the signal is cancelled or lowered at 2:30pm or after
  • Open as soon as practicable within 2 hours if the signal is lowered / cancelled before 2:30pm

Arrangement in the event of disease outbreak alert

Subject to the Hospital Authority three-level response alert system (e.g. Alert, Serious and Emergency Response Level for Avian Influenza), the service of EHPDCL may be suspended or changed.
