The EHP Data Collaboration Lab (EHP DCL) provides a secure analytical environment for healthcare data research, with access restricted to authorized researchers during designated period.

Arrangement under inclement weather conditions

In the event of the issuing or cancellation of Black Rainstorm Signal, Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above and “Extreme Condition” by the Hong Kong Observatory, the EPH DCL will have the following arrangement:

  • (for Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Extreme Condition) close immediately
  • (for Black Rainstorm) remain open if situation allows

Lowered / Cancelled
  • Remain closed if the signal is cancelled or lowered at 2:30pm or after
  • Open as soon as practicable within 2 hours if the signal is lowered / cancelled before 2:30pm

Arrangement in the event of disease outbreak alert

Subject to the Hospital Authority three-level response alert system (e.g. Alert, Serious and Emergency Response Level for Avian Influenza), the service of EHP DCL may be suspended or changed.
